Cancelation Times & Fees
I understand that plans can change. You may cancel your appointment at no charge if you do so more than 24 hours before your scheduled time. However, cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in the forfeiture of the 25% deposit placed at booking. This policy helps us respect the time and commitment of all clients and ensures availability for those who need care.

Appointment Rescheduling
I understand that life happens, and clients are always welcome to reschedule their appointments. Each appointment may be rescheduled up to two times without issue. However, if the same appointment is rescheduled more than twice, it will be considered a cancellation, and our cancellation policy may apply at that point. I’ll handle these situations with understanding and care on a case-by-case basis.

Emergency Cancellations
I understand that emergency situations can arise. If you experience a genuine emergency, please reach out to me as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and I work with you to find a suitable solution.

Contacting Us To Cancel
If you call after hours or during business hours and we don’t answer, please leave a voicemail, send a text, or email us. We will process your request as soon as possible.
The timestamp of your voicemail, text, or email will determine if your cancellation meets the required time frames. If you reach out within the appropriate window to avoid a charge, we will honor the original time of your attempt, even if reviewed later.

Refunds
Refunds are not typically issued under regular, non-emergency circumstances. This includes cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, no-shows, or late arrivals. That said, I understand that exceptional situations can arise, and refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
